While our daily trading strategies are an important part of our investing portfolio, our Extended Value Portfolio, powered by EquityAnalytics, is just as important.
What is the Extended Value Portfolio?
We like to think of the portfolio as a long-term swing investment portfolio. We are not trading stocks but investing in companies, through value investing, on a single month to several month basis. We look for stocks to invest in that have price targets above current valuations. This system allows us to find strong value investment candidates that the market is not properly pricing.
Currently, we cover a number of companies with longterm ratings of Buy/Sell/Hold, price targets, and Buy/Sell ranges.
We continue to grow this part of our company with our EquityAnalytics service that looks at each industry. EquityAnalytics gives price targets to each company in a given industry, then gives each company a Growth, Value, Profitability, Management, and Financial Health score. These scores can then be used to compare companies to others from the same industry. These reports are then integrated into our Extended Value Portfolio by comparing price targets and current ratings to know when to buy and sell stocks.
